Welcome to OPHLIFIA. These are our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at and purchase of any products from us.
By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site or products without express written permission from us.
2. Product Information & Availability
Apparel & Sizing: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, sizing, and details of our apparel and accessories. However, actual colors may vary depending on your monitor settings.
Stock & Inventory: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
3. Orders & Payment
Order Acceptance: Receiving an order confirmation email does not guarantee order acceptance. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

Billing Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Processing & Shipping Times: Shipping times and fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method and location. Please refer to our email address ophlifia@gmail.com for full details.
International Orders: For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply upon delivery and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
5. Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds
Return Window: Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
Refund window : Items can be refunded within 7 days
Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, clothing items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customer Choice / Sizing Errors: If you ordered the wrong size, color, or item by mistake, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs and any shipping fees for the replacement item.
Store Error or Defective Items: If we accidentally shipped the wrong item, wrong size, or a defective product, OPHLIFIA will cover all return shipping costs and send you the correct item at no additional charge.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned: sale/clearance items, swimwear, underwear, earrings

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, apparel designs, and product names—is the property OPHLIFIA and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. User Content & Reviews
If you post reviews, comments, or photos on our Site or tag us on social media @ OPHLIFIA on Instagram, Facebook , you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and display that content on our Site and promotional channels.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OPHLIFIA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Site or products.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa , Gauteng, without regard to its conflict of law.
